1. These terms
This site is operated by VDC Movement ("we", "us"). By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must give us accurate contact and shipping information.
3. Products, prices, and availability
Every piece is made to order and produced in limited runs. Colors on your screen will not match fabric exactly, and small variation in print placement is part of the process, not a defect.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep every detail on this site accurate, but if a product is listed with an obvious error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for a suspected fraudulent payment, an address we cannot ship to, or a listing error — and if we do, you are refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the wallets offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
6. Shipping, returns, privacy
Our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy, and Privacy policy are part of these terms. Read them — they set out delivery windows, what we replace, and what we do with your data.
7. Our brand and designs
The VDC Movement name, the mark, the artwork, the photography, and the text on this site belong to us. You are welcome to wear the pieces, photograph them, and post them. You may not reproduce our designs on merchandise, commercially or otherwise, without written permission.
8. Photos you send us
We invite the community to send us photos wearing the pieces. When you send us one, you confirm the photo is yours to share and that anyone identifiable in it agreed to it, and you give us permission to publish it on this site, in the Journal, and on our social channels, with credit where you ask for it. You can ask us to take it down at any time by writing to hello@vdcmovement.com, and we will.
9. Using the site
Do not attempt to breach the site's security, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for other people, or use it for anything unlawful.
10. Disclaimer and limits
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
