Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on the rest, and the Journal is where you will hear about it first.

Made to order

Nothing here is pre-made. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order leaves the facility.

Two sources, two timelines

Caps are produced and shipped from a facility in the United States: 3–7 business days in transit after production.

Tees are produced and shipped by our manufacturing partner overseas: 10–20 business days in transit after production.

If your order has both, it arrives in two separate packages, with separate tracking, on different days. There is no extra shipping charge for the split — you pay shipping once.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as each package ships. Tracking from the overseas partner can take a few days to start updating after the label is created. That is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

Import duties

Packages shipped from our overseas partner may be subject to import duties or fees on arrival, charged by the carrier or customs authority. These are not included in the price you paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Amounts vary and are set by the authorities, not by us.

Address accuracy

Check your shipping address before you confirm. We cannot change it once production has started, and packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped at the original shipping cost.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, and peak season are outside our control. If your package is significantly past the window above, write to hello@vdcmovement.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
